Head Chef - Busy Country Inn - Great Head Chef Opportunity
A great new opportunity has arisen at this fantastic Country & Community Pub with rooms in South Oxfordshire for a Head Chef. The role would be suitable for a Head Chef who can lead and run a small team serving a modern seasonal pub menu. You will work with fresh ingredients and prepare excellent dishes for the local community and residents. The pub has a new management team and you will help to introduce a new menu also. The role is near to local towns such as Wallingford & Didcot but also commutable from Oxford & Henley.

The Role
- Reporting to the General Manager you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Writing new menu and specials
- Kitchen Management duties
The Person
- You will already be a Head Chef or Sous on promotion looking for a new challenge.
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in restaurant or pub kitchen
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills to speak to guests and colleagues
