Bar & Lounge Manager required for Luxury Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Bar & Lounge Manager with excellent customer service skills for their outstanding luxury hotel near Christchurch, The business is all about driving and exceeding guests expectations and offering excellent service all times.

The Role -

• Managing the bars at the venue
• Supervising and encouraging junior member staff
• Training, recruitment and development of the front of house team
• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Hands on, floor based role

The Person - 

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine, cocktails
• Already working in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant to AA rosette service levels
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
