Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity

Our client is a busy luxury Venue who are now recruiting for a Sous Chef . The role will oversee the preparation of meals for weddings, events and celebrations for guests at this luxury country venue. Then role is 4 days per week over 40 hours. You will need your own transport due to location.

The Role

  • You will work in the brigade serving all fresh, seasonal produce and preparing meals for events.
  • Preparing meals for high end events and banqueting
  • Using all fresh produce

The Person

  • Excellent Communicator
  • Must have experience in preparing meals for  events and banqueting
  • Have own transport
  • Hands on Team Player
