Excellent New Head Chef Opportunity in Cirencester area
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their stylish country pub with rooms serving all fresh food based in the Cirencester area. This is an opportunity for an exisiting Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage the kitchen working alongside an experienced Executive Chef.
Head Chef - Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary to £42plus tips worth £6-7k per year = £48k package

Head Chef Role
- Working closely with the Executive Chef & General Manager
- Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products to AA rosette levels
- Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and achieve GP targets
- Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
- Good Communicator & People person
- Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
