Junior Sous Chef role at this busy Dining Pub in Hertfordshire

Our client in the Letchworth area of Hertfordshire is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join their busy Country Pub serving all fresh food to a high standard. They can offer an immediate start for the right person.

Salary Package

• Salary to £32k plus tips - package worth £35k.
• Live in if required off site
• 3 Nights off per week
• Benefits inluding meals and discounts

The Role

• Reporting to the GM you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing Restaurant & Bar Meals

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef with a pub or restaurant background
• Able to work unsupervised 
• Have experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen
