Great Chef de Partie role available with Luxury Hotel

Our Client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to work in their busy hotel kitchen near Enfield and Barnet. You will be part of a kitchen team serving meals for restaurant, bar and conferences/events. Our clients can offer immediate starts to the right candidates. You will work a mixture of straight shifts as requested by the Head Chef. The role is 45 hours per week.

The Role - Chef de Partie

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for the restaurant, bar and conferences

The Person

• Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
• Have experience of working in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
