Our client based at this busy hotel in Cambridge recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as functions. The hotel can offer a 40 hour week and straight shifts.
The Role
- Working on all kitchen sections
- Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef - kitchen management duties
The Person
- Already an experienced Chef de Partie
- Experience of working in a busy Hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
