Excellent Opportunity with Luxury Hotel in the Cotswolds

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Moreton-in-Marsh for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, lounge, bar and afternoon teas. The Head Chef is looking for a strong no2 who can lead the brigade in his absence.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary to £38k plus tips
  • Paid Overtime

  • 45hr week

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and high end banqueting
  • Strong Management skills

The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef looking for a nee challenge
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a busy 1/2AA rosette standard hotel Kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
