Commis Chef . Our client is recruiting a Commis Chef for their luxury Country Hotel in the East Grinstead area. This is an opportunity for a chef to develop their career in a busy hotel which has both fine dining and banqueting facilities. Working for an established highy trained Execuitve Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training. The role is 48 hiurs per week with 4 days on, 3 days off. This is an excellent career opportunity.

The Job

• You will work on all sections of the kitchen
• Produce meals to high standard set by Head Chef
• Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

Experience

• You will already have worked in a professional kitchen using fresh produce
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude is a great asset
• Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent 
• Dedicated and enthusiastic - looking for career opportunity
