A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Market Harborough for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef to work in their popular fine dining restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service along with functions as the restaurant is a popular venue for celebrations. The kitchen team is long serving and a long established business.

The Role

  • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
  • Kitchen Management duties
  • Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels

The Person

  • You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
  • Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
  • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
