Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Top Luxury Hotel

Our client based at this Luxury Hotel near Hook has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work in the kitchen under a Michelin Star trained Head Chef. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce meals for high end banqueting, afternoon teas, fine dining and casual dining at the hotel

The Role

• Working on the kitchen with support from junior chefs
• Using finest ingredients including some grown on site in Hotel Gardens
• Working to 2AA rosette level standard

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie
• Experience ideally to multi AA rosette levels or Michelin in luxury hotel
• Career focused and Team Player.
• Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
