The Role

• Working in the kitchen preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
• Assisting the Senior Chefs
• Working in the Hotel restaurant kitchen using fresh produce to high standards

• Already working as a Commis Chef
• Experience of working with fresh food in busy kitchen
