New Permanent Opportunity with Busy Kitchen - Day Shift's Only

Our client in the Midhurst area is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their popular farmshop cafe and restaurant and which has casual dining and serves breakfast, lunches and afternoon teas. The restaurant is open seven days a week and you will work 5 days from 7. The shifts are straight day shifts starting at 730am. Occasional evenings may be required for special events.  This is a great role for someone looking for day shifts only for work life balance. Your own transport is idealy required for this role.

The Role

• Working in busy restauarnt Kitchen using all fresh produce
• Preparing light and main meals for casual dining menu
• Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef were needed

The Person

• You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong communication skills
• Experience of working in busy fast paced fresh food kitchen
