Great Role for Chef de Partie in Luxury Venue - All hours paid - Straight Day Shifts - No weekends - Live in on site

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their luxury venue & restaurant in Henley on Thames. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working with all fresh food and is looking for a career opportunity in this idyllic venue. You will work Monday to Friday 0900-1700 making meals for the staff on site and helping with lunch & afternoon tea service. The kitchen prepares meals for fine dining, relaxed brasserie and bar along with functions, afternoon teas.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £29k service charge
• Paid Overtime after 40 hours

The Role

• Working on each section of the kitchen
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service 
• Managing your own section

Experience

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
• Ability to work on each section 
• Looking for a career opportunity 
• Knowledge of fine dining and banqueting
