A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Chipping Norton area for a Sous Chef to work in their popular dining pub. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The role is working 4 Days per week, 3 off so a good work life balance. Furnished on site live in is available if required.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
