Excellent New Chef Opportunity with High End Country Inn with Rooms
Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their refurbished country inn with rooms serving all fresh food based in North Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds. .This is an opportunity for an ambitious chef to take the next step in their career and join a well run business. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and serves modern British Menu. The role will be cooking high end pub/restaurant food and is a 4 day week so 3 days off. Due to location you will need your own transport.
Head Chef - Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £33k 10k tips = £43k package

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie wanting to move up
- Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
- Have experience of working in a minimum AA rosette standard kitchens
- Looking to learn and train with an award winning chef
