Excellent Head Chef Opportunity with Newly Opened Restaurant
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Sutton Scotney & Stockbridge area for a Head Chef to work in their newly opened fresh food restaurant. You will be preparing fresh meals for breakfast and lunch service using all fresh seasonal ingredients. They also run events in the evenings which will build as the business grows which will include weddings, parties and conferences. You will work 5 day shifts from 7 currently though flexibity will be needed as the events side grows which will then need evening coverage. You will be able to introduce new menu ideas along with the events manager. You will run a team of 4-5 staff that will grow with the business.
Due to location you will need transport

The Role
- Reporting to the Owners you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for restaurant and takeaway
- Intoduce and design new menu ideas
The Person
- You will already be a Head or Sous wanting a new challenge
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
- Flexible atttiude to fit needs of growing new venture
