You will help prepare meals for restarant service along with weddings and private parties.

The Role

• Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chefs absence ensuring consistency of food
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals using fresh produce to a high standard
• Assist in writing Menu's with Head Chef
• Restaurant and Function Work
• Kitchen Management duties

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standards or higher
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
