Duty Manager - Busy Hotel & Restaurant 

Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager for their busy hotel in the Uppingham area. They are looking for a confident and personable Manager with good all round hosting and restaurant skills as you will ensure guests needs are met throughout their stay. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. You will work in reception, the restaurant and be customer facing at all times.

The Role

• Ensuring guests needs all times from checking in at reception to service in the restauarnt
• Supporting the General Management Team
• Working behind Reception, Bar & Serving food
• Ensuring hotel is clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team

The Person

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Experience of hotels or pub with rooms
• Good knowledge of room bookings
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service at all times
