Chef de Partie - Upmarket Dining Pub & Restaurant - Oxfordshire - £42k package for CDP

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this fantastic Dining Pub/Restaurant close to Buckingham  for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade you will be serving food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef. Working in a busy well establised buisnes this is an excellent role for a talented chef. The role is commutable from Towcester, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

• Salary to £327 £5k ips = £42k package

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working with all fresh food in dining pub/restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
