Chef de Partie role - University College Kitchen
Our clients at this University college are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The college need a well organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens and ordering for the section. This is an an excellent career opportunity for someone looking for a long term postion.
Salary & Benefits

The Role
- Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering your own section
- Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
- Experience at with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment
- Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
