A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Shipston area for a talented Chef de Partie to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen cooks food to 2-3AA rosette level and prepares meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The role is working 4 days a week Wednesday to Saturday so 3 full days off per week. This is an excelletnt opportunity to work in an award winning environment.
Salary & Benefits

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Modern Kitchen
- Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 2/3AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant, Hotel or Dining Pub with 2AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
