Hotel Reception Manager -  Excellent Opportunity - Windsor

Our client is recruiting a Hotel Reception Manager to be part of the management team at this fantastic property. You will be responsible for the rooms and booking side of the business including reservations and treatment bookings. You must have previous hotel experience and have Opera ookings systems. You will be a hands on, personable manager as the role is guest facing at all times.

The Role - Reception Manager 

• Reporting to the Hotel Manager 
• Training and development of junior team members 
• Managing the effective booking and welcome of guests 
• Up-selling and maximising every opportunity 
• Dealing with guest issues and complaints 
• Working shift patterns such as 7-1530 or 1415-2245

The Person - Reception Manager

• Already working as a hotel Reception Manager
• Capable of managing a team 
• Able to deal with guest queries and issues 
• Knowledge of Hotel Reservation systems and IT front office systems
• Confident and Friendly personality 
• Well presented with excellent spoken and written English
