Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Our client based at this luxury Hotel in Windsor is recruiting an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career. The role is 40 hours per week working shft patterns either early or late shifts.

The Role 

• Working in all areas of food and beverage and weddings/events
• Developing the team 
• Managing agreed targets and margin control 
• Experience of supervising outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge and high quality C&B 
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Reporting to the General Manager 

The Person  -

• Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or management  in a busy Hotel 
• Stable and progressive CV 
• Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example 
• A team leader and builder 
• An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
