Catering Manager - Busy Golf Club - Day Shifts

This is an opportunity for a Catering Manager or Chef who is looking for a new challenge to cook and prepare meals as well as FOH duites for our clients busy Golf club. . Managing a small team you will prepare and serve fresh meals and light snacks.This could be an ideal role for a candidate looking for a good work life balance as the roles is day shifts with occasional eveings only when events are on. The role is preparing Breakasts & Lunches and assisting with the Bar during the day along with stokc control. The role is 30-35 hous per week depending on the buisness. Hours are typically 10 to 5/6pm. Due to location you will need your own transport. 

The Role

• Preparing hearty meals such as Curries, Pasta, Chicken along with Breakfast and light snacks for Golfers & visitors.
• Management of GP and stock control 
• Preparing meals using fresh produce
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules 
• Helping with Bar duties when kicthen is quiet.

The Person

• Strong Manager as well as Chef
• Sound knowledge of running a busy kitchen
• Happy to work bioth back and front of house
• Stock control knowledge
• Excellent Food Hygiene skills
