Excellent Head Chef Role in Luxury Hotel in Surrey

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Surrey for a Head Chef to work in the kitchen at this luxury hotel. The property has an has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Head Chef to prepare meals for the A la carte restaurant, bar, meetings & events and functions. The hotel has an exisitng brigade in place and is looking for an exoerienced Head Chef from a hotel background to manage the kitchen.

The Role

• Running the kitchen at the Hotel preparing meals for restaurant service, meetings and events and bar.
• Cooking AA Rosette level meals using fresh and seasonal ingredients 
• Kitchen Management duties.
• Menu design.
• Managing and encouraging the kitchen team

The Person

• You will already be a Head Chef from a luxury hotel ideally 4 or 5*
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills 
• Have experience of managing and developing teams
