Head Chef - New Job Opportunity with Popular Country Inn with rooms

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Country Inn with rooms in Lincolnshire which serves a fresh seasonal menu based. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property with both locals and tourists. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a Modern Seasonal Menu and daily specials. They also cater for around 20 small weddings a year so functions experience is required.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
Manage kitchen and junior chefs
Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
Managing GP targets

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or experienced Sous
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of working with all fresh food
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills
