Operations Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager 
• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management 
• Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage including banqueting and events
• The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department 
• Budget setting and financial planning 
• Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved
• Knowledge of Opera & Micros are an advantadge

Operations Manager -The Person

• Already working as an Operations Manager 
• Corporate experience is a strong advantage 
• Financially aware and able to manage budgets 
• Strong leader and coach 
• An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests
