Excellent New Head Chef Opportunity with New Opening Country Pub 

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their country pub which is re-opening under their management in rural Kent between Maidstone & Ashford . The kitchen will use locally sourced produce where available ideally to AA rosette standard. The pub has a restaurant, bar and outdoor seating. You will be able to introduce new menu ideas such as small plates/sharing for the bar along with pub classic dishes. 

This is a role for a chef looking to work for an independent property and use fresh ingredients. Its a great role for a Chef looking to relocate to a country location from city life. Aaccommodation can be provided but you will need your own transport due to location.

Head Chef - Salary & Benefits
