A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our clients based in the Sunningdale area of Berkshire who are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work in their award winning fine dining Restaurant. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in preparing all freshly prepared food for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent career opportunity for a chef to learn and work in a kitchen where everything is made from scatch on site including butchery. The role is working Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights off per week. Staff Accommodation is available off site so you will need own transport.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie
• Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
• Have experience of working in AA rosette standard restaurant ot hotel kitchen
• Experience of cooking hi end restauarant food with seasonal produce
• Looking to learn and train in top kitchen
