Excellent Pastry Opportunity in busy Country Hotel
Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this busy Hotel in Uppingham has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work in the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce pastry products for high end banqueting and the fine dining restaurant. You will also support the kitchen in other sections as required by the Head Chef including the occasional breakfast shift.
Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role
- Working on the Pastry section
- Making all Cakes, Pastries, Desserts and Afternoon Teas for service & functions
- Using all fresh ingredients
- Working to AA rosette level standard
The Person
- Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
- Career focused and Team Player
- Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
