A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bedford area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy riverside pub/restaurant with rooms. The kitchen prepares meals for service using all fresh produce. The role is supporting the Head Chef in service and managing the junior staff. The role is five days from seven and offers an excellent career opportunuity along with on site parking and excellent benefits.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare meals for service
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub using all fresh produce
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
