Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Marlow area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working in the hotel fine dining restaurant preparing meals for lunch and dinner service to 2AA rosette level standards. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence.  The role is working 4 days a week with 3 days off so offers a good work life balance. This is a good career opportunity for a chef looking to work and develop in a strong kitchen environment.

The Role

• Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce to 2AA rosette level
• Opportunity to assist Running service in Head Chef's absence
• Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene
• Opportunity for Career Progression within company

The Person

• Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 2AA rosette level kitchen
• Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
