Great Commis role available with Luxury Country House Hotel

Our Client is recruiting a junior chef  to work in their 2AA rosette level Hotel kitchen in the Marlow area. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of the highest standard for the fine dining restaurant and private functions. The role is 4 days a week with 3 days off so good work life balance

The Role -

• Reporting to the Head Chef
• Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients
• Preparing and plating for fine dining restaurant as well as functions
• Opportunity for career progression

The Person

• Able to work unsupervised and develop as a chef
• Have experience of working in a AA rosette level fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
• Looking to learn and develop as a chef and have a career in Hospitality
