Great new role at this busy Pub & Restaurant

Our clients are recruitng a Chef de partie to work in their busy restaurant in the Market Harborough area.
As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard for lunch and dinner service.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing Restaurant & Bar Meals
• 40 hours per week over 5 days

The Person

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie
• Able to work unsupervised
• Have experience of working in a AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
