You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare meals for the fine dining restaurant as well as weddings and functions. • Preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant and functions using all fresh, seasonal produce
• Ordering for your section

The Person

• Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a luxury hotel level kitchen
• Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
